WAYS TO CONTROL AND DEAL WITH YOUR PAIN – DAY 2
Exercise is just one way to manage your chronic pain. If your exercising regularly, exercise raises the endorphins in your brain which boost your overall mood. The endorphins also aid in blocking the pain signals and the exercises strengthens muscles so there is less possibility of re-injury.  Pain affects your entire body overtime and all those areas of your body need to be worked out to build them up and allow you to be able to deal with it as it the pain flares up. 
Take care of your body and mind as much as possible. You will benefit from it 100%.
