A Little Girl is Asking for Our Help

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, However you Celebrate the Holidays May they be Happy

One of my extended caregiving family members poster this on Facebook not o long ago.  I would like to send out a challenge to all you wonderful folks who take the time to read my blog posts to send this little hero a card this season even if its a basic no holiday get well, or we’re thinking about you, or a Hanukkah card or Christmas card I guess it could be a New Years card if that’s how you want to go.  But for just $1.49 ($0.99 card and $0.49 stamp) and 20 minutes or so of your time, you can make this little girls Christmas (that’s what she celebrates).  An East coast radio station is running this campaign and I feel lucky that it made its way to me.

“Can you help me spread a little #Christmas cheer to a little girl?  Safyre is 8, she is the only person in her family to survive a house fire 3 years ago.  She loves Christmas cards and all she wants for Christmas this year is to fill the Christmas card holder in this picture.  Wouldn’t it be awesome if she has more Christmas cards than she ever dreamed of!”
