If one of these don’t work try another or two at the same time. We use the Thunder Vest and keep the TV on until 12am-1am when fireworks calm down.

PTSD can happen to anyone for a wide variety of reasons. Mine is from an auto accident where I was rear ended causing life long back and leg issues. I can stop without looking in the rear view mirror now thinking it’s going to happen again.
