I know your pounded almost daily for donations for cookies, cancer treatment, Christmas wrapping for you kids school and more. So I figure why not ask for one more.
Out of al the Alzheimer’s related walks across the country, Walk4ALZ is Orange County’s largest Alzheimer’s walk. The funds raised go to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
This will be my second year walking with team, “Walk for a Cure” and my third year donating to the cause. I became involved when a real good friend of mine Steve and Gincy (Team Captain) were informed Steve was diagnosed with the early stages of this horrible disease. Steve is a retired Disneyland Imagineer and if you’ve been to either Disneyland or California Adventure you’ve rode one of the rides imagined by Steve.
