Remember to try and take even a few minutes for yourself, meditate, have a cup of coffee, read the newspaper or a book (365CaregivingTips.com), browse the internet, walk yours or your neighbors dog or just take 5-10 minutes in the garden alone. You have to take care of yourself first before you can care for another.
