Taking pictures can show the good times and the bad. They can tell a doctor about how someone stands, moves, walks, etc. They also provide memories.

Take snacks like applesauce pouches, cookies, dehydrated fruits, fruit bars, water, Gatorade or whatever you and your loved one enjoy. You never know when your need then especially on a day full of appointments.
