     Whenever you feel you need a few minutes to burn off whatever, turn on a comedy show, listen to a comedian on CD, radio, cassette, where ever you have one and which everyone makes you laugh.  Get your caree in on the joke, everyone needs a good laugh every now and then, why not sooner than later?
