On November 1st I am participating in the Huntington Beach, Ca., “Walk To End Alzheimer’s 5K Walk/Run.” Actually the Sacramento Extension Walk, the walk is in Southern California and I will be walking the same distance up here in Sacramento, Ca. I have joined a friends team, GJ who’s husband Steve was recently diagnosed with the symptoms of Alzheimer’s. I have commuted to raising $500 and would like to surpass that if possible to help find a cure for this aggressive disease.
