How Rude!! 9/04/14

Here I am home all day busier than anything scheduling peoples air conditioning repairs, which I filled my bosses entire week with appointments by 2:47pm today. I also did grocery shopping, house chores (laundry, dishes, etc.), when at 4:04pm I receive a text.

Who is texting me now? Not Trish, she always calls after around this time because sometimes she heading home early. Mom doesn’t text, knocks her out and I’ve already spoke with the brothers. I look at my phone and it’s a realtor wanting to see if he can show the house to a possible buyer today at 6pm. I send him a “YES” reply and then send Trish a text more or less asking if she thinks it’s a possibility.

OK, so I’ve said yes to a realtor and he and his buyers will be here in less then two hours and we need to leave the house no later than 5:45pm. Work is still screaming and Robert just made it home from program about 40 minutes ago, still working on getting h settled in as well as the work phone keeps ringing in my ear.

I lucky, at almost exactly 5pm Trish walks in to help with getting things ready and guess what, I’m still on work calls. When done we both are running around touching up things here and there, inside and out to get the house 95% to be seen. We get done in record time with barely enough time to get Robert and the dogs into the SUV to then spend 40-45 minutes driving around until the realtor and buyers are done viewing the house. Just as I run back down from grabbing my phone charger, Robert tucked in up front, Trish with 180-190 lbs out of three dogs we’re ready to go, I lift my leg into the car and my text alert goes off. It’s the realtor, “he can not get the buyer to return his calls or texts and because it is now 5:48pm maybe we should cancel.”

Really, my earlier text stated we would be out by 5:45pm and that I needed to get Robert who has epilepsy and the three dogs out, I even thank him for the notice. He knew what was happening and yet waits until the extreme very last minute to contact us and cancel. What do you think of when you hear, “the stuff that’s floats under the scum in a pond of worse smelling scum?” The bad of the bad even the worst of the worst of course are REALTORS!!

This is a bit and by that I mean a very “small bit” hard to say because our realtor both selling our home and helping us find and eventually purchase our new home, Matt is also our daughters boyfriend of going on seven years. Matt, we all know you are the exception to this definition.
Take the time to locate the right
realtor because the majority of them are time wasting (yours) scum. Hahaha
